Privacy
This is the whole of it, in plain English.
Who we are
Ace & Sons Roofing and Groundworks, Orpington, Kent. Telephone 0800 193 4212 or 07925 068877, email aceandsonss@gmail.com.
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, your phone number, your email address, your postcode, which job you are asking about, and anything you write in the message box. The form also records which page of the site you sent it from.
Why we have it
To ring you back, come and look at the job, and give you a written quote. That is the only reason. We do not sell it, we do not swap it, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
How the form works
The enquiry form is handled by FormSubmit, which takes what you send and emails it to us. Your details pass through their systems on the way. This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies of its own.
Reviews
The homepage can show our Google reviews. When it does, the page asks our own server for them and our server asks Google. Your browser does not contact Google to do that, and nothing about you is sent to Google by this site.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries while we are quoting and, if you become a customer, for as long as we need them for the job and our records. If you did not go ahead and you would rather we deleted it, ask and we will.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email aceandsonss@gmail.com or ring 0800 193 4212 or 07925 068877. If you are not happy with how we have handled it you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
The photographs
Every photograph on this site is of work carried out by Ace & Sons. None of them are stock pictures.
