Seven trades, because a house has two halves

The roof, the gutters and the repairs at the top. The drive, the patio, the fence and the ground underneath at the bottom. Most firms do one half. The trouble with that is not the work, it is the gaps between the firms: the roofer who says the damp is the gutter, the paver who says the drain was already blocked, and you in the middle chasing three people who each blame the other two.

We do roofing, guttering, roof repairs, driveways, patios, groundworks and fencing. When the fence goes in beside the new drive, the posts go into open ground before the gravel does. When the roof comes off, the fascia gets replaced while it is exposed rather than after the new gutter has been hung on it. One firm, one quote, one number to ring.
